INSURANCE CLAIMS
We have worked through thousands of insurance claims and know how to navigate the complicated process of a claim. We are approved contractors with many major insurance carriers. Brothers Roofing has partnered with Contractor Connection and Sedgwick managed repair programs (MRP’s) to work directly with insurance carriers to get your work done in a seamless process
1 Initial Roof Inspection
We will contact you to schedule a time to do an initial inspection. At that time we will determine if there is enough damage for and insurance claim or if the repair is below the deductible and possibly a simple repair.
3 Schedule Your Roof
Once approved your project manager will help you decide on what type of roof you want and what all work needs to be completed. A contract will be sent and scheduling will commence.
2 Insurance Adjuster Meeting
If a insurance claim is needed a Brothers Roofing project manager will meet the adjuster at the site of loss to negotiate an estimate with the adjuster. We are your partner to help you get a fair claim.
4 Finished Roof Project
In most cases your roof work will be done in a day. For larger or specialty roofs that timeline could extend. For all other work (siding, gutters, fence, etc.) it will be scheduled and completed immediately following the roof work. After all work is complete and you are happy with the work we will send in final paperwork to your insurance carrier to finalize the claim.
